about Japan\u2019s discussions on possessing nuclear weapons.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The national report on the implementation of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons was made public online by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The document outlines Beijing\u2019s progress in nuclear disarmament and its long-standing nuclear policies, including \u201c<a target=\"_self\" class=\"e1yy41x40 ef9u0v01 css-1ankfgb ecgc78b0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/china\/military\/article\/3196530\/china-underlines-no-first-use-nuclear-weapons-policy-it-seeks-stronger-power-deter?module=inline&amp;pgtype=article\" title=\"\" data-qa=\"BaseLink-renderAnchor-StyledAnchor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">no first use<\/a>\u201d, while blaming the US for the impasse over the Iranian nuclear issue and rebuking its military actions against Iran.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">According to the report, military strikes on Iran by the US and Israel last June and this
