Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics, and Samsung Electro-Mechanics were the most net buyers by high-yield investors trading at Mirae Asset Securities on the morning of the 25th.
According to Mirae Asset Securities, Samsung Electronics was the most bought by 9:30 a.m. among Mirae Asset Securities’ stock trading customers by the top 1% of the return on investment in the past month.
Samsung Electronics was trading at 249,500 won at this time, down 2.92 percent from the previous day. As Samsung Electronics’ stock prices have fallen day after day, ultra-high earners seem to be using it as an opportunity to buy. Samsung Electronics Co. also ranked third in net purchases.
Analysts say that there is a return of shareholders that fell short of expectations. Samsung Electronics will pay about 30 trillion won in cash dividends (including regular dividends) in the third quarter, and the remaining 60 trillion won to 80 trillion won will be decided by the board of directors in January next year.
Choi Bo-young, a researcher at Kyobo Securities, said, “Expectations that shareholder returns could expand to about 140 trillion won this year have been reflected, but the actual scale proposed is up to 30 to 50 trillion won lower.”
SK Hynix ranked second in net buying. SK Hynix is also down 5.21% from the previous trading day at this time.
SK Hynix’s labor union (union) announced on the 25th that it was rejected with 49.92% in favor and 50.08% against this year’s provisional agreement.
Of the 16,038 electors, 15,045 voted, and the turnout was 93.81%. There was a difference of 25 votes, with 7,510 votes in favor and 7,535 against.
The core of the provisional agreement was to change the existing performance-based payment method of “full cash” to “including stocks.” Earlier, after six negotiations, labor and management tentatively agreed to pay 40% of excess profit distribution (PS) in cash and the remaining 60% in treasury stocks on the 20th.
Samsung Electro-Mechanics ranked fourth in net buying. Meritz Securities predicted that Samsung Electro-Mechanics’ market share and valuation premium will increase together based on aggressive production capacity (CAPA) expansion amid a growing shortage of high-end ABF substrates due to large-area artificial intelligence (AI) accelerators.
Yang Seung-soo, a researcher at Meritz Securities, said, “We believe that Samsung Electro-Mechanics’ valuation premium is also likely to continue to expand based on aggressive CAPA in the face of a prolonged structural substrate area increase and supply shortage.”

On the other hand, Hanmi Pharmaceutical sold the most shares. Hanmi Pharmaceutical, which rose to the upper limit the previous day, is weakening around 11% on the same day.
Hanmi Pharmaceutical signed a technology transfer contract with Genentech on the previous day (24th) for the global rights of HM17321, a candidate for the treatment of obesity and metabolic diseases.
The down payment (upfront) is about 262.9 billion won, and the total contract size including milestones for clinical development, permission, and commercialization is about 3.1892 trillion won. On top of that, we will also receive separate royalties after the launch of the product.
Stock supervisors then sold out in the order of Samsung SDI, Silicon-Too, Cellid and SK Telecom, the report showed.
