Samsung Electronics has unveiled a new portable solid-state drive (SSD) that uses USB4, the next-generation data transfer standard. The company said the new product can transfer data up to twice as fast as previous models and supports capacities of up to 8TB, targeting growing demand for ultra-high-resolution video and artificial intelligence (AI) content.
