While the Seoul apartment sales price index, which compared January to August this year, rose 6.4%, nearly half of the complexes that supplied the national equity in the new sales market exceeded the maximum sale price of 2 billion won during the same period.
According to an analysis by Home Tofu of the Korea Real Estate Institute on the 29th, the Seoul apartment sales price index rose 6.38% from 96.19 in January to 102.33 in August this year.
From January to August, there were 13 private apartment general headquarters drugs that supplied 83-85㎡ exclusively in Seoul, of which the highest sale price exceeded 2 billion won.

From January to August this year, there were 20 private apartments that made the first-priority subscription in Seoul (excluding one holding site and one cancellation of members). Among them, 13 subscriptions supplied 83-85㎡ exclusively.
There were six subscriptions with the highest sale price exceeding 2 billion won, accounting for 46.2% of the total.
The most expensive place was “Summit the Hill” in Dongjak-gu, with the highest sale price of KRW 2,978.2 million. It is followed by KRW 2.795.8 billion for “Acro River Sky” in Dongjak-gu, KRW 2.76 billion for “DeFine Artia” in Dongjak-gu, and KRW 2.756.5 billion for “Otier Banpo” in Seocho-gu.
Raklachezade Fine in Dongjak-gu was counted at 2.585 billion won, and Chungjeong-ro Station Zaire in Jung-gu was counted at 2.455 billion won. Of the six cases where the maximum sale price exceeded 2 billion won, four were supplied by Dongjak-gu, and all four cases in Dongjak-gu exceeded 2.5 billion won.
The difference between the highest and lowest sales price of KRW 1.6 billion in national evaluation
There were seven subscriptions with the highest sale price of less than 2 billion won. Yeongdeungpo-gu’s “The Sharp New Road Central City” was the highest at 1.88 billion won, followed by Gangseo-gu’s “Raemian Elabine” at 1.848 billion won, Yeongdeungpo-gu’s “The Sharp Free Ella” at 1.79 billion won, and Seongbuk-gu’s “Jangwi Prugio Mark One” at 1.765.7 billion won.
Seodaemun-gu’s “DeFine Play” was 1.565 billion won, Nowon-gu’s “Monthly Jungheung S-Class Rivière” was 1.49 billion won, and Seodaemun-gu’s “Ssangyong the Platinum Seodaemun” was 1.373 billion won.
Among the survey subjects, the price difference between the highest price, “Summit the Hill,” and the lowest price, “Ssangyong the Platinum Seodaemun,” was KRW 1.64 billion. In other words, the entry price has increased by more than 1 billion won depending on the supply area and complex in Seoul’s national equilibrium subscription.
Lee Soo-bin, head of the Home Tofu Research Institute, said, “The center of the rise in existing apartment prices was in the northeast, but the price map of the existing housing market and the new sale market was different as the high-priced national equilibrium supply was concentrated in Dongjak-gu,” adding, “In the same new Seoul plan, there is a market in which entry prices are largely divided depending on the supply area and complex.”
