Global superstars Itzy step back into the spotlight with their highly anticipated Motto EP. Featuring eight new tracks, the set showcases the K-pop stars in their element in a bold new way, capturing the excitement and energy the group portrays like never before. The EP’s range of sonic dimensions demonstrates the many sides that make Itzy a dominating force in the global music industry.
The new album kicks off with the focus track “Motto,” an upbeat, pop track that tackles the concept of devotion and diving into another completely. The track was released along with a fun and playful music video that not only matches the energy of the song but also showcases Itzy as a creative powerhouse. Motto continues with the unique track “Glitch,” which serves as a reminder that the things that make us different make us shine even brighter. That track is followed by “You and I, ” which sees the group explore the intense emotions of falling in love. The album then concludes with a solo song from each member, emphasizing their talents not only as a group, but as individuals. Fans first got a taste of these solo songs during the group’s 3rd World Tour live shows that began at the beginning of 2026.
Motto comes on the heels of the recently released EP, Ice Cream, from Itzy’s Yuna. Ice Cream marks the second solo release from an Itzy member, following Yeji’s Air. The project reached No. 6 on the Billboard U.S. World Albums chart. The release also follows Itzy’s most recent Tunnel Vision EP, which debuted at No. 4 on the U.S. World Albums chart – marking the group’s second consecutive release to achieve that position, following Girls Will Be Girls.
