‘Define Artia’ is the first project in which SK Ecoplant will independently construct its premium residential brand ‘Define’ south of Seoul’s Han River. Some high-floor units offer views of the Han River and Namsan. The exterior will feature design-focused art walls highlighting curtain-wall looks and line lighting, emphasizing the vertical sense of ascent of the 45-floor skyscraper complex.

The interior features ceiling heights of 2.5 meters (2.61 meters for coffered ceilings) to enhance the sense of openness. Considering residents’ diverse lifestyles, the complex allows residents to choose between a ‘Library Room,’ which enhances study functions and storage convenience, and a ‘Studio Room,’ a space designed to reduce living noise. A sky lounge overlooking the Han River and the city center is planned, along with resident-specialized services including a professional librarian book curation service in partnership with ‘Choi In-a’s Bookstore’ and the free provision of 10 kilograms per month for two years of specialty ‘Define Blending Beans’ developed in collaboration with the coffee brand ‘Terarosa.’

‘Define Artia’ is drawing attention for its triple subway station location, with access to subway Lines 1, 7, and 9 within walking distance. The complex sits directly in front of Jangseungbaegi Station on subway Line 7, with Noryangjin Station on subway Lines 1 and 9 located about a 10-minute walk away. The educational environment around the complex is also excellent. Elementary, middle, and high schools—including Noryangjin Elementary School, Younghwa Elementary School, Yeongdeungpo Middle School, and Yeongdeungpo High School—are all accessible on foot. Dongjak Library and the Noryangjin academy district are also conveniently located.

Noryangjin New Town, where the complex is located, is an area expected to see rising residential value as high-end branded complexes are built one after another. As a core area representing southwestern Seoul, housing redevelopment projects of approximately 9,000 units are currently underway across eight zones. Various premium branded apartments, including SK Ecoplant’s Define, are set to be built there. In particular, Zones 2, 6, and 7 supplied by SK Ecoplant will adopt the premium brand ‘Define,’ and a large-scale brand town is expected to form.

The model house will open at 169-19 Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. AI media art and water art installations have been set up to allow prospective buyers to directly experience the brand’s value, while the interior lounge offers experiences of services applied to the complex, such as ‘Choi In-a’s Bookstore’ and ‘Terarosa.’

“Define Artia is a complex built in the core location of Noryangjin New Town, which is well-equipped with transportation, education, and living infrastructure,” an SK Ecoplant sales official said. “We will continue to present the Define brand and provide customers with differentiated residential value and experiences.”
