Professional content on the official Naver blog of the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology (KICT) has been cited 1.04 million times by the artificial intelligence (AI) search service, earning certification as an excellent content creator under the “Naver Mate” program.
KICT announced on June 29 that its official blog was selected in June for the IT · tech category of Naver Mate.
Naver Mate is a program that selects excellent content creators each month through a comprehensive evaluation based on the number of citations in Naver AI Briefing, as well as expertise, reliability, and user response. Selected channels receive benefits such as an official emblem display and priority exposure in search results. Naver AI Briefing is a service that, in addition to summarizing search results, recommends content that is useful and helpful to users.
Launched in 2019, KICT’s official blog provides professional content that delivers research outcomes in the field of construction technology in an easy and accurate way. It introduces diverse research results—such as road and bridge safety, disaster and hazard response, and smart construction technologies—in terms that are accessible to the general public, contributing to the spread of scientific culture.
KICT President Park Sun-gyu said, “This is a meaningful achievement that shows our institute’s specialized knowledge and research outcomes are being effectively delivered into people’s daily lives through AI search,” adding, “Because construction technology is directly connected to people’s mobility, safety, and living environments, we will continue to strengthen our digital communication capabilities so that our research results can be conveyed more easily and accurately.”
