Released in Spring 2026, the 83-inch LG C6 is already seeing a dramatically reduced price. An upgrade over the C5, Tandem WOLED technology boosts brightness and widens color palettes. The LG OLED TV is available for several hundred dollars below the largest Amazon discount.
An 83-inch OLED TV provides maximum immersion, but typically challenges even generous budgets. The 2026 LG C6 model improves on the C5 with a new Tandem WOLED panel. Offering added brightness and an expanded color range, it’s now experiencing its steepest discount.
The 4K LG TV is on sale at Greentoe for $3395, which is over $1600 off its normal price. So far, the lowest Amazon sale price for the recently released C6 has been $3,700.
Tandem tech
With only the 77- and 83-inch versions of this LG TV boasting Hyper Radiant technology, the larger sizes are more desirable. As a more affordable compromise to the flagship G6, the dropoff in brightness and color volume isn’t dramatic. The multiple OLED emission layers in the Tandem panel produce a more vivid image without consuming excessive power.

When considering this 83-inch LG OLED TV deal, 4K projectors may tempt buyers seeking cinema-quality viewing. However, the C6 is potent enough to thrive outside of dark media rooms. The Rtings review notes wide viewing angles, although glare can detract from stellar picture quality.
Cinematic gaming and streaming
A near-infinite contrast ratio benefits dimmer movies, while Dolby Vision makes nature content stand out. At the same time, a rock-bottom response time accommodates competitive PC and console gamers. 4 HDMI 2.1 ports support enough bandwidth for a 165Hz refresh rate. Nvidia G-Sync is an option to reduce distracting stuttering.
The LG C6H ships with an AI-powered processor that’s a step up from the C5’s upscaling of lower-resolution content. Some buyers criticize the also AI-assisted WebOS interface, but smart app compatibility is excellent.
There aren’t currently any comparable discounts or tempting Amazon sales on a newer 83-inch OLED TV. Still, the Samsung S90H is available in the same size and exhibits superior reflection handling. On the other hand, it lacks Dolby Vision, which many 4K Blu-rays and streaming services use.
