Naver said on the 16th that it will begin an open beta service for “N Delivery by Naver (N Delivery FBN),” a new fulfillment solution designed to reduce sellers’ logistics operation burden.

When sellers use “N Delivery FBN,” Naver supports the complex fulfillment operations that follow the stocking of goods at logistics centers, including inventory management, exchanges and returns, and customer service. Sellers can use fulfillment more conveniently through Naver without separate contracts with logistics firms or system integration, and can check inventory, delivery, and return information in one place. This allows sellers to further lower their logistics operation costs and management burden.

For users, the range of Smart Store product categories and delivery time slots available through N Delivery becomes more diverse, expanding beyond daily necessities to include fresh food, health food, and infant and children’s products. While N Delivery has previously operated mainly around same-day and next-day delivery, products from sellers using “N Delivery FBN” can also be delivered via dawn delivery and Sunday delivery.

Return procedures will also become more convenient starting next month. Previously, users had to individually select methods such as parcel pickup or return addresses, but going forward, a dedicated courier will automatically collect N Delivery FBN products. In addition, a dedicated integrated return center will provide faster service, from product inspection to return processing.

Going forward, Naver plans to combine its logistics platform operation experience, data analysis technology, and the specialized capabilities of logistics firms to provide users with a more accurate and reliable delivery experience.
