POSCO DX      <\/p>\n<p refid=\"2\">POSCO DX&#8217;s sales and operating profit in the second quarter both decreased from last year. However, compared to the first quarter of this year, operating profit increased by nearly 170%, showing a recovery in profitability.<\/p>\n<p refid=\"3\">POSCO DX announced on the 30th that it recorded 232.6 billion won in sales and 9.9 billion won in operating profit in the second quarter on a consolidated basis through a provisional performance disclosure. Sales and operating profit fell 14.8% and 42.3% from the same period last year. Its net profit fell 18.2% to 11.8 billion won.<\/p>\n<p refid=\"4\">Compared to the previous quarter, the performance improved. Sales fell 3.7% in the second quarter from the first quarter, but operating profit rose 169.6%. Net income and net income of owners of controlling companies also increased by 194.6 percent and 197.2 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n<p refid=\"5\">On a cumulative basis in the first half of the year, it recorded 474.1 billion won in sales and 13.5 billion won in operating profit.
