Photo courtesy of Hyundai Department Store Group<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Hyundai Future Net said on the 4th that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Microsoft Korea for artificial intelligence transformation (AX) and retail AI innovation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Under the agreement, the two sides will build a security framework for the safe use of AI at Hyundai Department Store Group (069960). They will also expand AI-based work environments and develop AI agents specialized for the retail industry. In addition, they will jointly pursue the discovery and commercialization of new AI-based services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Hyundai Future Net plans to use the agreement to begin full-scale AX transformation at Hyundai Department Store Group. First, it will establish an AI security and governance framework to create a foundation for the safe use of AI. It will also expand the adoption of &#8220;Microsoft 365,&#8221; a collaboration tool optimized for AI use, across the group&#8217;s overall operations. In addition, the group will utilize Microsoft&#8217;s flagship AI solutions across its operations, including &#8220;Microsoft AI Foundry,&#8221; a platform for developing and operating generative AI models and agents; &#8220;Azure AI,&#8221; a cloud-based service; and &#8220;Microsoft 365 Copilot,&#8221; an AI assistant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">The two sides will also jointly develop next-generation AI agents.
