{"id":112582,"date":"2026-08-07T23:58:13","date_gmt":"2026-08-07T23:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/112582\/"},"modified":"2026-08-07T23:58:13","modified_gmt":"2026-08-07T23:58:13","slug":"yeonjun-draws-hundreds-for-good-morning-america-summer-concert-series","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/112582\/","title":{"rendered":"YEONJUN draws hundreds for \u2018Good Morning America\u2019 Summer Concert Series"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hundreds of fans lined the streets outside Central Park early Wednesday morning to watch YEONJUN of TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) make his solo debut on ABC\u2019s Good Morning America Summer Concert Series.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly after midnight, the streets leading up to Fifth Avenue and East 72nd Street were already packed with TXT fans, known as MOA, clutching lightsticks and waiting for a glimpse of the K-pop star ahead of his dawn performance. YEONJUN is now the second K-pop solo artist to perform as part of the summer concert series after JungKook of BTS.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This milestone was cemented after he debuted as a solo artist in November with NO LABELS: PART 01 followed by last month\u2019s release of NO LABELS: PART 02, launching his most ambitious U.S. promotional run to date with appearances across television, radio, and major music festivals. Fans waved lightsticks, signs and photocards while cheering throughout the performance. Homemade signs reading \u201cYEONJUN, your shine lights me,\u201d \u201cLatinas 4 YEONJUN\u201d and \u201cYEONJUN, can I be the mint to your chocolate?\u201d played off the dessert theme of his latest album. They\u2019re my favorite group ever,\u201d Park told amNewYork. \u201cI even got my mom into them, so that\u2019s why she came with me today. The concert was amazing. I can\u2019t believe it was free. Hearing him perform live, his stage presence, even from the back, you could feel it. It was crazy. I\u2019m really happy I got to see him. I love everything about TXT: their lore, their music and the chemistry they have together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Good Morning America performance is just one stop in YEONJUN\u2019s packed U.S. schedule. On Aug. 6, he performed at iHeartRadio\u2019s Z100 Summer Bash in Manhattan before heading to Los Angeles for Billboard: One Night Only and KCON LA 2026. His voice is absolutely amazing. I love it when he raps. We didn\u2019t even know we were going to get tickets, but when we found out, we called out of work just to be here. This is my first front-row experience at a K-pop show, and it was an amazing opportunity to see YEONJUN.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been a TXT fan since debut,\u201d added Santos, 21. \u201cYEONJUN is my bias. He\u2019s amazing at everything he does.
