Analysts say that the real estate tax reform and the complete deprivation of the prosecution&#8217;s right to investigate have negatively affected the approval rating of the state administration.<\/p>\n<p>On the 10th, Realmeter announced the results of a poll conducted on 2,514 voters aged 18 or older nationwide from the 3rd to the 7th at the request of the Energy Economy Newspaper. President Lee&#8217;s approval rating was 43.3 percent, down 2.6 percentage points from last week. The move is interpreted as a result of controversy over the government&#8217;s proposed tax reform plan at a time when sales, jeonse and monthly rent prices are soaring.\n<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Seoul, support rates fell sharply in Daegu and Gyeongbuk (5.5 percentage points), Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam (4.8 percentage points), Daejeon, Sejong and Chungcheong (3.6 percentage points), and Jeonnam Gwangju and Jeonbuk (3.3 percentage points). It also fell among women (2.8 percentage points) and those in their 20s (2.5 percentage points).\n<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the approval rating for those in their 20s was only 27.9%. The negative rating reached 67.5 percent. Despite President Lee&#8217;s repeated requests to come up with careful youth policies, the public sentiment of young people is cold.\n<\/p>\n<p>Realmeter analyzed, &#8220;In addition to the controversy over the real estate tax reform, the revision of the criminal procedure law, and the aftermath of the military academy&#8217;s coup remarks, the heat wave and economic instability factors have overlapped, leading to the expansion of departures among the Seoul, conservative and elderly.&#8221; The poll was conducted in a 100% wireless automatic response method, with a 95% confidence level and a sampling error of \u00b12.0 percentage points.
