{"id":114692,"date":"2026-08-10T13:31:10","date_gmt":"2026-08-10T13:31:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/114692\/"},"modified":"2026-08-10T13:31:10","modified_gmt":"2026-08-10T13:31:10","slug":"hyundai-motor-india-aims-for-2-million-connected-car-sales-by-2030-etbrandequity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/114692\/","title":{"rendered":"Hyundai Motor India Aims for 2 Million Connected Car Sales by 2030, ETBrandEquity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>                                        <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"590\" height=\"442\" class=\"unveil\" loading=\"eager\" style=\"width:100%;max-height:100%\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/133104716.cms.jpeg\" captionrendered=\"1\" alt=\"\"\/><a id=\"34330631\" type=\"Denny\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"Hyundai-Motor-India-Limited\" source=\"keywords\" class=\"news-keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/brandequity.economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tag\/hyundai+motor+india+limited\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hyundai Motor India Limited<\/a> (HMIL) on Monday announced that it is targeting 2 million cumulative <a id=\"38222832\" type=\"Denny\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"connected-car-sales\" source=\"keywords\" class=\"news-keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/brandequity.economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tag\/connected+car+sales\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">connected car sales<\/a> by 2030, while it has over 0.8 million connected cars on Indian roads.<\/p>\n<p>By 2027, the automobile company is targeting a goal of 1 million connected car sales.<\/p>\n<p>Strong customer adoption of Hyundai Bluelink, HMIL&#8217;s AI-powered connected car technology platform will help the company achieve the target, the statement from <a id=\"27629169\" type=\"Denny\" weightage=\"100\" keywordseo=\"Hyundai-Motor-India\" source=\"keywords\" class=\"news-keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/brandequity.economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tag\/hyundai+motor+india\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hyundai Motor India<\/a> said.<\/p>\n<p>Building on its strong portfolio, HMIL aims to cross the milestone of 2 million connected car sales in 2030, the statement added.<\/p>\n<p>Bluelink offers more than 70 features across safety, security and convenience including remote vehicle monitoring, vehicle health diagnostics, location tracking, trip history, remote commands, in-car payment powered by Hyundai Pay, Digital Key, Digital Passport, Remote Immobilizer and Home-to-Car Connectivity.<\/p>\n<p>Bluelink also supports over 450 <a id=\"38222834\" type=\"Denny\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"AI-powered-voice-commands\" source=\"keywords\" class=\"news-keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/brandequity.economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tag\/ai-powered+voice+commands\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AI-powered voice commands<\/a> across five languages, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>HMIL said its upcoming mass\u2011market <a id=\"27632542\" type=\"Denny\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"electric-SUV\" source=\"keywords\" class=\"news-keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/brandequity.economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tag\/electric+suv\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">electric SUV<\/a> will include next\u2011generation connected car technology as standard across all variants.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It marks an important step in strengthening the convergence of connected and electric mobility while delivering future-ready ownership experiences for customers,&#8221; said Tarun Garg, MD &amp; CEO, HMIL.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The growing adoption of connected vehicles reflects the evolving expectations of customers and the increasing role of technology in shaping mobility,&#8221; Garg added.<\/p>\n<p>The Bluelink was launched on the Hyundai VENUE in 2019, and then it added over\u2011the\u2011air map updates in 2020 and introduced next\u2011generation AVNT connected technology in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>It launched the Connected Car Navigation Cockpit with controller OTA update capability in 2025, marking a significant step in HMIL&#8217;s Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) roadmap for India.<\/p>\n<p>Bluelink has assisted over 0.5 million motorists through SOS and roadside assistance services, supporting around 15,000 crash notification interventions and aiding law-enforcement agencies in vehicle tracing and recovery efforts, the statement noted.\n                                                                    <\/p>\n<p>                                    Published On Aug 10, 2026 at 06:02 PM IST<\/p>\n<p>\n                Join the community of 2M+ industry professionals.<br \/>\n                Subscribe to Newsletter to get latest insights &amp; analysis in your inbox.\n            <\/p>\n<p>                    All about ETBrandEquity industry right on your smartphone!
