To change an app or widget label on your Galaxy phone or tablet, you will need to install two apps from the Galaxy Store: Good Lock and its Home Up module.\n<\/p>\n

Install Good Lock<\/a> and Home Up<\/a> from the Galaxy Store. You can also install Home Up from within Good Lock if you cannot find it on the store.<\/p>\n \nOpen Good Lock from your app drawer and tap Home Up.\n<\/p>\n \nTurn on the main toggle at the top of the screen, then enable the Home screen toggle.\n<\/p>\n \nTap Home screen, then turn on the App icon setting toggle.\n<\/p>\n \nTap App icon setting and enable Edit item label on home screen.\n<\/p>\n \nReturn to your home screen, then tap and hold the icon of the app or widget you want to rename.\n<\/p>\n \nTap the pencil-shaped icon next to the name to edit the text.
