Hanwha Engineering & Construction and Hyundai Engineering & Construction (Vice Chairman and Deputy CEO Lee Han-woo) will present a large-scale developers consortium apartment project for the first time in Jinju. In Ihyendong, Jinju, where there has been no new apartment sales since 2005, a new apartment supply will arrive in 21 years.<\/p>\n

On the 16th, Hanwha Engineering & Construction (CEO and President Kim Woo-seok) said the two companies opened the model house for \u2018Forena Hills Tate Jinju\u2019 in Juyadong, Jinju, Gyeongnam, on the 14th. The development will be built through a redevelopment maintenance project in the Ihyon 1-5 district around Ihyendong Lot 10-1, with two underground floors and up to 35 stories above ground, eight buildings, and a total of 1,032 units.<\/p>\n

The project will consist of exclusive areas of 59 to 110 square meters. Of that total, 398 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 84 square meters will be offered for general sale. Applications will begin with special supply on the 24th, followed by first-priority applications on the 25th and second-priority applications on the 26th. The winner announcement will be on Sept. 1, and signings for the final contract will run from Sept. 14 to 16.<\/p>\n

The project can use Jinju-daero, the Circular Road, and the Seo Jinju IC, among other routes, and it is near Chokseok Elementary School and Daea Middle and High School. Residents can also access everyday convenience facilities such as Hanaro Mart, Emart, and Galleria Department Store, as well as medical facilities including Gyeongsang National University Hospital.<\/p>\n

Parking spaces will be built fully underground at the front, and will be secured at about 1.6 vehicles per household. The development will apply a ceiling-type electric vehicle charging system called \u2018EV Air Station\u2019 and a wide parking system. Community facilities will include a kids cafe, a small library, a fitness center, a golf practice range, a guesthouse, a shared office, and a sauna.<\/p>\n
