Samsung Financial Networks is holding a stock giveaway event with its partner companies to mark its integrated platform Monimo surpassing 10 million users. Over three days starting on the 19th, stock exchange coupons will be given to a total of 3,000 people.<\/p>\n
Samsung Financial announced the partner stock giveaway event on the 18th. The event was designed to celebrate the monthly active users (MAU) of the integrated app Monimo passing 10 million at the end of last month.<\/p>\n
Monimo launched in April 2022. It grew with Samsung Financial Networks \u2014 Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Samsung Card and Samsung Securities \u2014 at its core, but has recently expanded its partners into banking, aviation and retail. Its range of services is seen as having broadened accordingly.<\/p>\n
The event offers shares of five partner companies: Samsung Electronics, Samsung C&T (Everland), Korean Air, KB Financial and Woori Financial.<\/p>\n
The event runs for three days, from the 19th to the 21st. Through a “stock draw,” stock exchange coupons will be given to 1,000 people each day, or 3,000 in total. Users can check real-time winner status and remaining time on the Monimo app.<\/p>\n
In addition, the first 100,000 people who take part in the event each day over the three days will receive an extra random stock exchange coupon, redeemable for one share of any one of five KOSPI 200 stocks. The coupons can be converted into actual shares between the 1st and the 29th of next month.<\/p>\n
“Monimo will build an ecosystem in which Samsung Financial, external partners and customers are closely connected and thrive together,” a Samsung Financial official said. “We will continue to strive to provide customers with convenient and new experiences.”<\/p>\n
