Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon attended a cabinet meeting presided over by President Lee Jae Myung on the 18th and expressed his opposition to building an apartment in Yongsan Park. Regarding the government’s August 13 measures, he said, “It is fortunate that some of the recommendations related to the maintenance project that the Seoul Metropolitan Government has demanded have been reflected, but there is still a long way to go,” adding, “There are still regulations that must be lifted, such as restrictions on the transfer of union membership, floor area ratio, and rental housing ratio.”<\/p>\n

Mayor Oh added, “Even though there is a clear answer sheet of redevelopment and reconstruction, we should not rush to find land in the wrong place and announce the supply number.”<\/p>\n
