(Photo via KCNA)<\/p>\n<p>\nFebruary 27, 2026 03:37 AM GMT+03:00\n<\/p>\n<p>U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio signaled that Washington remains open to dialogue with Pyongyang, saying the U.S. is prepared to listen to views expressed by North Korean officials.<\/p>\n<p>According to a transcript of Rubio\u2019s press conference published by the U.S. State Department, he indicated that the door to dialogue between Washington and Pyongyang remains open.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhether it\u2019s someone in Cuba, or one day someone in North Korea, or someone in Iran right now, we are always willing to listen.
