JW Concepts has built a strong reputation for bringing globally inspired dining concepts to local communities with a focus on quality, experience, and accessibility.<\/p>\n<p>Designed to reflect the character of Heights, the new location blends Parisian caf\u00e9 culture with modern, community-driven design. Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated menu featuring fresh-baked pastries, signature cakes, specialty coffee, and globally inspired flavors, including Korean influences that have become a hallmark of the brand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHouston Heights is one of the most dynamic and culturally rich neighborhoods in the city,\u201d said Jim Wang of JW Concepts. \u201cWe wanted to create a space that feels like an everyday escape where the community can gather, connect, and experience something new.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The new location is designed to serve as more than just a bakery, offering a welcoming space for guests to gather, work, and connect throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>Paris Baguette Houston Heights will celebrate its grand opening with a series of preview events and community activations, inviting guests to experience the brand\u2019s signature blend of craftsmanship, culture, and everyday indulgence.<\/p>\n<p>The grand opening is scheduled for Monday, May 18, 2026, at 7 a.m. The bakery will offer a free pastry with purchase to the first 100 guests beginning at opening. In addition, 10 guests will be randomly selected to receive a Paris Baguette coffee grinder and Lavazza espresso whole bean coffee.
