The transaction marks the commencement of a strategic partnership between Glenfarne and POSCO International as the first Korean company focused on promoting the development and implementation of the Alaska LNG project.<\/p>\n
Mayer Brown\u2019s role included advising POSCO International on transaction structuring,\u00a0drafting and negotiating the full suite of documents including\u00a0the equity\u00a0investment agreements, LNG\u00a0sale and purchase\u00a0heads of agreement, and steel supply agreement.\u00a0<\/p>\n
