Yeungnam University of Science and Technology has joined hands with Coupang Fulfillment Service (CFS) to provide local young people with practical job opportunities in AI-based smart logistics.<\/p>\n
Yeungnam University of Science and Technology held the “2026 Coupang Fulfillment Service (CFS) Daegu and Gyeongbuk Recruitment Festa” on the campus on the 27th.<\/p>\n
The event, which was organized as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s job first step guarantee center project, was designed to provide unemployed young people in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province with information on hiring the AI logistics industry and to directly connect companies with job seekers through on-site interviews. More than 300 local young job seekers and Yeongnam University of Science and Technology students participated in the event, showing high interest.<\/p>\n
Yeungnam University of Science and Technology has organized a program so that participants can understand the smart logistics industry and related jobs in detail and design their careers based on actual recruitment opportunities. Beyond providing simple recruitment information, the focus was on ensuring that job seekers can check their strengths and job suitability and receive practical help in preparing for employment.<\/p>\n
A total of nine on-site interview booths were set up at the venue. Participants interviewed the CFS recruiter directly, listened to the recruitment process and job description, and sought employment opportunities suitable for their careers and competencies.<\/p>\n
A CFS experience center was also operated to enhance understanding of the smart logistics industry. The experience center introduced changes in logistics sites and smart logistics systems, and provided information on various jobs and working environments in the logistics industry.<\/p>\n
The Yeongnam University of Technology Job First Step Guarantee Center also operated a separate job support and business promotion booth. Participatory programs such as personal color diagnosis, MBTI test, and life four-cut were prepared to help young job seekers check their tendencies and images and increase their confidence and motivation to prepare for employment.<\/p>\n
CFS operated a photo booth for employment identification to help job seekers prepare for employment.<\/p>\n
Local job-related organizations also helped support youth employment. Dalseong Business Job Plus Center, Suseong Job Center, and Gyeongsan Chamber of Commerce and Industry guided job information and employment support systems in the region and provided customized counseling considering the situation and demand of participants.<\/p>\n
