Some predict that it will increase to 3.25% to 3.50% annually by the first quarter of next year. This could cool the real estate market as the mortgage interest burden increases.

“One more thing to note is that mortgage delinquency and auction items are on the rise,” Lee said. I hope you will also pay attention to the successful bid rate,” he said. “The government has ordered the government to prepare a system to purchase houses below a certain standard for public housing in case housing prices plunge due to early mass supply, suppression of speculative demand, overdue loans due to high interest rates, and an explosion in auctions,” he said.

Finally, President Lee said, “The national sovereign government will definitely break down the ruinous real estate speculation at all costs,” adding, “The unfair and unreasonable tax system, which has been found to encourage real estate speculation, will also be corrected at the level of tax justice.”

[Reporter Chae Jongwon]

[456
845,12729,846,60140,3535,46747,69466,69467,69417
post-136783","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-bank-of-korea","tag-bank-of-korea","tag-base-rate","tag-bok","tag-investment-bank","tag-morgan-stanley","tag-mortgage-loan","tag-speculation-demand","tag-speculative-forces","tag-unconditional
["GET
