President Lee ordered the Minister of Employment and Labor Kim Young-hoon to inspect the so-called “thin width.” Gunwidth refers to a phenomenon in which unions exercise their physical power and demand work. President Lee said, “We need to determine whether the phenomenon occurring at the construction site is illegal or unfair.”

President Lee’s approval rating was at a low of 40 percent. According to a poll conducted by Gallup Korea on 1,001 voters aged 18 or older nationwide from the 1st to the 3rd, President Lee’s approval rating was 40%, down 2 percentage points from last week. The negative rating is 51 percent. Real estate policy (23 percent) was the most common reason for the negative evaluation of President Lee. Many pointed out the issue of personnel management (9%). Gallup pointed out, “The increase in personnel issues seems to be the aftermath of the appointment of six ministers.”

President Lee himself took care of the youth budget and policies, but they had no effect. Lee’s approval rating in his 20s was only 25 percent, and his approval rating in his 30s was only 31 percent. Public sentiment in the Seoul metropolitan area, which is paying keen attention to real estate issues, remained chilly. In Seoul (38%) and Gyeonggi and Incheon (38%), President Lee’s approval rating was below 40%. By attending the ‘Lumière Summit’, which deals with the film and video industries, content and high-tech cooperation will be strengthened.

[Reporter SUNG SEUNG HUN]

#

Advanced Technology

Interest

Ministry of Employment and Labor

Gallup Korea

Public Opinion

Civil Society

Chairmen

Pro-Moon Jae-in

Fatherland Innovation Party

Basic Income Party

State Visit

Aerospace

Rumière

Emmanuel

Head of the National Security Office

Artificial Intelligence

Ministry of Equality and Family

Korean Progressive Alliance

Civil Society Organization

Construction Site

Illegal Acts

Minister of Labor

Industrial Sector

Federation of Korean Trade Unions

Korean Confederation of Trade Unions

President Lee

Tax Reform Plan

사진 확대 President Lee Jae Myung said on the 4th, “We do not only side with workers unilaterally,”…

[5
29186,9250,2588,69438,72764,64511,72770,53069,72767,63351,12058,45147,72768,72771,38550,48238,31,16197,72769,146,72772,1931,70061,14710,72765,45083,72766,33,25561,55540
post-143101","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-south-korea","tag-advanced-technology","tag-aerospace","tag-artificial-intelligence","tag-basic-income-party","tag-chairmen","tag-civil-society","tag-civil-society-organization","tag-construction-site","tag-emmanuel","tag-fatherland-innovation-party","tag-federation-of-korean-trade-unions","tag-gallup-korea","tag-head-of-the-national-security-office","tag-illegal-acts","tag-industrial-sector","tag-interest","tag-korea","tag-korean-confederation-of-trade-unions","tag-korean-progressive-alliance","tag-lee-jae-myung","tag-minister-of-labor","tag-ministry-of-employment-and-labor","tag-ministry-of-equality-and-family","tag-president-lee","tag-pro-moon-jae-in","tag-public-opinion","tag-rumiere","tag-south-korea","tag-state-visit","tag-tax-reform-plan
["GET
