The application period runs through the 14th of this month, targeting bachelor&#8217;s degree holders and those graduating in February 2027, with no restrictions on academic major.<\/p>\n<p>The recruitment spans LG CNS&#8217;s core business areas, including AI, robotics, consulting, DX engineer, cloud app modernization (AM), architect, enterprise resource planning (ERP), smart factory, and convergence engineer. The company said it plans to give preference to applicants with relevant experience and expertise in each role.<\/p>\n<p>The AI role involves designing and implementing models and services optimized for customer businesses. After joining, employees will plan specialized agentic AI services across all industries, including finance, public sector, manufacturing, and logistics. The robotics role involves applying robots to manufacturing and logistics sites and validating the on-site applicability of next-generation robot technologies.<\/p>\n<p>LG CNS launched its integrated robot training and operations platform &#8220;PhysicalWorks&#8221; in May this year and is expanding its robot transformation (RX) business. The consulting role involves establishing AI transformation (AX) and DX strategies for clients, while DX engineers are responsible for developing core systems and services across various industries including digital finance, public sector, and telecommunications.<\/p>\n<p>The hiring process proceeds through document screening, written examination, practical interview, and final interview. The written examination consists of a personality assessment and a CNS-specific test, which was newly introduced this year. Common to all roles, it evaluates understanding of global technology and industry trends, and depending on the applied role, it is divided into coding-type and planning-type formats to verify generative AI utilization capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The company recently held a recruitment-linked event called &#8220;LG Connect N Sync&#8221; in San Francisco, inviting master&#8217;s and doctoral students from major local universities. Hyun Shin-kyun, CEO of LG CNS, and key executives attended to introduce the company&#8217;s business direction and technological competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>An LG CNS official said, &#8220;We are focusing on securing and developing talent who can connect technology to customer value in core business areas such as AI and robotics,&#8221; adding, &#8220;We will support new employees to grow into experts in their respective fields through diverse project experiences and systematic capability development.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This large-scale recruitment is interpreted as LG CNS accelerating its efforts to secure talent as it positions AI transformation and robot transformation as future growth engines.
