He previously spent nearly a decade at <a href=\"https:\/\/law.asia\/law-firm\/dechert\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dechert<\/a> as head of its Hong Kong office and co-managing partner of Asia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He brings more than 30 years of experience advising multinational clients on cross-border M&amp;A, corporate finance and capital markets transactions across sectors, including private equity, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, insurance and energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kim joins from Milbank\u2019s Singapore office, where he served as special counsel for more than seven years. He advises corporate and private equity clients on cross-border M&amp;A transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments across APAC, with experience in the technology, digital infrastructure and energy transition sectors.
