{"id":17278,"date":"2026-05-15T00:23:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T00:23:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/17278\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T00:23:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T00:23:10","slug":"changwon-korea-opens-new-vr-and-space-themed-childrens-experience-zone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/17278\/","title":{"rendered":"Changwon, Korea opens new VR and space-themed children\u2019s experience zone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mb2-plus4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Bamgol-Yeoul-Madang-Childrens-Theme-Experience-Zone.jpeg\" alt=\"Some people walking on stairs at Bamgol Yeoul Madang Children\u2019s Theme Experience Zone.\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"default-font lh-default ma0 mh3 mt0 pb3\">\n\t\t\t\tBamgol Yeoul Madang Children\u2019s Theme Experience Zone (Photo by Changwon Special City\/courtesy of haps Magazine Korea)<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Changwon City has officially begun operating the \u201cBamgol Yeoul Madang Children\u2019s Theme Experience Zone\u201d inside Pallyong Park in Masanhoewon-gu, offering a new indoor play and learning space focused on virtual reality and interactive activities for children.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Built at a cost of 1.95 billion won, the facility is located in Hapseong-dong and covers a total area of 1,725 square meters, including a 463-square-meter building filled with hands-on experience zones and digital attractions.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">The children\u2019s facility is divided into two main sections: the \u201cEarth Zone\u201d and the \u201cSpace Zone.\u201d&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">The Earth Zone features VR sports and virtual physical education experiences, while the Space Zone includes trampoline activities and environmental-themed interactive exhibits designed to encourage imagination and movement.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Additional programs include VR rides and drone simulation experiences.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Changwon City began pilot operations on May 1, with free admission offered during the trial period.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">The facility is open to children aged 4 to 12 and operates with separate morning and afternoon sessions.
