Citizen Festival will return to North Port Waterfront Park on May 23, bringing a full day of international culture, performances, and interactive programs to the city\u2019s waterfront.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">The free festival will run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the opening ceremony scheduled for 11 a.m., though times may be subject to change.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Hosted by the Ministry of Justice and Busan Metropolitan City, and organized by the Busan Global City Foundation, the annual event celebrates cultural diversity and global exchange in Busan.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">This year\u2019s festival will feature a wide range of experience zones and stage performances, offering visitors opportunities to explore world cultures through food, travel, traditional customs, and K-culture themed programs.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Interactive experience areas include a Global Cities Travel Zone, Global Dessert Experience Zone, K-Culture Experience Zone, Traditional Culture Experience Zone, and a Global Values Promotion Zone.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Live performance programs will also take place throughout the day, including the Global K-Pop Competition, BeFM live broadcasts, CINE Global Citizen, K-Random Play Dance, country dance battles, and performances by sister cities and foreign community groups.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Additional event spaces will include information and promotion booths, mission-based participation programs, and a press zone.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Held at North Port Waterfront Park in Busan\u2019s Dong-gu district, the festival has become one of Busan\u2019s signature multicultural events, bringing together residents, foreign communities, and visitors for a day of performances, cultural exchange, and family-friendly activities.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"storyline-p f4 \">Admission is
