The aim is to expand its EV charging network across North America and Latin America.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Texas-based SynergEV confirmed that the MOU establishes a strategic framework for collaboration, as the company prepares for its next phase of EV charging infrastructure growth. The two companies plan to \u201cexplore opportunities to align SK Signet\u2019s advanced charging hardware with SynergEV\u2019s deployment strategy, network operations, software capabilities, and commitment to creating a better charging experience for drivers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">SynergEV said that the agreement represents an important step in its EV infrastructure growth strategy, adding that \u201cas electric mobility continues to grow, drivers need charging that is not only available, but dependable, convenient, and built around real travel needs. SynergEV is preparing for that future with an approach centered on reliability, thoughtful deployment, and a more complete driver experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The collaboration is expected to focus on several key areas, including ultra-fast charger deployment, software integration, operational testing, and potential financing programmes.
