ChatGPT was the most widely used generative AI service at 68.1%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">In other categories, Google Play led the app market at 64.6%, YouTube topped video sharing at 78.0%, Baedal Minjok led food delivery at 50.6%, Naver Map led the place and map category at 50.7%, and Karrot Market led second-hand trading at 88.3%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">The bundling survey, which examined e-commerce and over-the-top (OTT) membership subscription patterns and market impact, found that 53.9% of respondents had subscribed to a telecommunications carrier&#8217;s OTT membership. SKT had the most subscribers, followed by KT, LGU+, and Tving+Wavve.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">E-commerce membership subscription experience reached 75.9%.
