The new i20 will feature connected LED daytime running lights at the front and a full-width LED light bar at the rear. Reports also point to a new steering wheel and additional technology features.<\/p>\n<p>The company may also introduce advanced driver assistance features and a 360-degree camera system with the upgrade.<\/p>\n<p>Under the hood, Hyundai is expected to retain the existing engine lineup, including the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine and the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine offered in several markets.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the automaker is working on a new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that could offer more power and torque than the current 1.0-litre turbo unit. Hyundai has not confirmed whether this engine will be available in the next-generation i20.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth-generation hatchback is expected to make its global debut around the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where Hyundai is one of the tournament&#8217;s major sponsors.<\/p>\n<p>In India, the current i20 is priced between INR 600,000 (USD 6,300) and INR 1.039 million (USD 10,910).
