Journey between the real world and the spirit world in the new trailer for Netflix\u2019s South Korean supernatural series, \u201cThe East Palace\u201c. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe East Palace\u201d is the story of Gu-cheon, a man who can traverse the world of ghosts, and Saeng-gang, a court lady with a secret, as they are summoned by the King to unearth the cursed palace\u2019s secrets.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nam Joo-hyuk stars as Gu-cheon, who investigates a series of bizarre royal incidents using his ability to slay ghosts with his blade. Ron Yoon-seo plays the court lady Saeng-gang, who was born with the rare ability to hear the voices of the ghosts, aiding Gu-cheon as they draw closer to the East Palace\u2019s deep secrets. Secretly overseeing their mission is the complex and layered King, portrayed by Cho Seung-woo. <\/p>\n

Choi Jung-kyu (Children of Nobody) directed the series, with Kwon So-ra and Seo Jea-won handling writing duties. <\/p>\n
