Wood Boulevard and Normandie Avenue, about a block away from Seoul International Park, where crowds of people had gathered to watch the World Cup match, according to a Times reporter who witnessed the gunfire. <\/p>\n<p>                                           <img class=\"image\" alt=\"\"   width=\"473\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/1781844609_377_.jpeg\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>                                <\/p>\n<p> Share via     Close extra sharing options  <\/p>\n<p>The reporter said he heard three gunshots and saw a man in brown pants firing into the air. <\/p>\n<p>The Los Angeles Police Department did not immediately have details about the shooting.<\/p>\n<p>The Los Angeles Fire Department said it responded to a report of shooting in the 800 block of Irolo Street around 6:44 p.m. At least one person was taken to a local hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Times video taken at the scene shows one man lying on the ground, his leg bleeding and wrapped with a green garment as a tourniquet, while others help him. Nearby, an armed police officer stands guard over another man, also on the ground, wearing brown pants and a black shirt. The man does not appear to be injured.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo not reach for anything,\u201d the officer yells at the man.<\/p>\n<p>The officer then asks people standing nearby where the gun is. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe don\u2019t know,\u201d a woman yells back. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhere\u2019s the victim?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver there,\u201d several people tell the officer. <\/p>\n<p>The man in brown pants is later seen in handcuffs and being led away while screaming at someone. Paramedics later put the injured man on a gurney and place him in an ambulance. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, police cut off traffic going east on Olympic Boulevard starting at Ardmore Avenue.
