Scala is a job-linked practical training program that SK AX launched in 2024. The program offers full-day offline training over approximately five months for young job seekers. So far, 194 trainees from the first and second cohorts have completed the program, with more than 80% successfully landing jobs at major companies, including SK Group affiliates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">The first through third Scala cohorts were conducted mainly in the Seoul metropolitan area. The fourth cohort, which begins in July this year, has expanded its reach to Gwangju and Ulsan, allowing young people in these regions to participate. Domestic and international university or graduate school graduates, or those expected to graduate, who are eligible to join the workforce after completing the training may apply regardless of major. Trainees are selected through document screening, the SKCT (SK Competency Test), and an AI competency interview. Detailed information is available on the official Scala website or the SK Group recruitment site.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Fourth-cohort trainees will learn core AI transformation (AX) technologies, including data analytics and AIOps, cloud-native AI, and generative AI service development. Trainees will also form teams to plan, design, and develop generative AI-based services as hands-on projects. The fourth cohort will focus on projects that address real industry challenges in key sectors such as semiconductors, energy, and telecommunications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-[var(--color-text)] leading-relaxed\">Top performers will be offered employment opportunities at SK AX, other SK Group affiliates, and partner companies.
