Tickets are on sale now and the official trailer is out for “Ateez : Light The Way In Cinemas,” a global cinematic event landing worldwide on Thursday, August 6 and Saturday, August 8. It follows the success of the group’s 2025 theatrical release, “Ateez World Tour [Towards The Light : Will To Power] In Cinemas.” Ticket available here.

The new event takes AMAZE’s immersive VR concert experience, which toured select cities through 2025 and 2026, and reworks it for traditional large-format cinema. It was shot natively in 8K with multi-camera coverage and 5.1 surround sound, keeping the premium visual and audio quality intact for the big screen.

The setlist leans into some of the group’s biggest global hits, including the explosive “INCEPTION,” the smash “BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS),” and the sharp, charisma-driven “Ice On My Teeth.” Audiences get intense, big-screen immersion built around powerful live tracking of the performances.

Beyond the music, the theatrical release adds 20 minutes of exclusive, never-before-seen behind the scenes footage available only in cinemas. Local exhibitors will also offer exclusive photocard fan gifts tied to the release, giving ATINY another reason to catch it on the big screen rather than wait for a stream.

Korea will get its own screening window starting Wednesday, August 19, with tickets going on sale Wednesday, August 5. A Japan release date will be announced later. The event is presented by Trafalgar Releasing, the global leader in event cinema distribution, in partnership with AMAZE and KQ Entertainment.

Ateez, made up of Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, San, Mingi, Wooyoung, and Jongho, debuted in October 2018 and have built a rapidly expanding global following through powerful live performances. The group holds six consecutive million-seller albums and multiple Billboard 200 entries. Their second studio album, ‘The World EP.Fin : Will,’ earned their first Billboard 200 No. 1, while their twelfth EP, ‘Golden Hour : Part.3,’ and its title track “Lemon Drop” both charted on the Billboard 200 and Hot 100.
