The partnership follows a magnet manufacturing deal between the two companies \u2060last year.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Under the latest deal, JS Link will establish a magnet factory in \u200cKuantan, Malaysia, with an operating capacity of 3,000 tonnes per annum of neodymium-iron-boron permanent sintered magnets.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Lynas said it \u200cwould invest around A$50 million (US$34.8 million) in JS Link shares to \u2060support the \u2060development of the facility.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"A Lynas facility in Malaysia\u2019s Gebeng is seen on April 8.
