McDonald’s is jumping from one K-pop franchise<\/a> to another.<\/p>\n

The fast-food giant recently announced its next Happy Meal<\/a> will feature BT21 characters<\/a>, which were created by the Grammy-nominated South Korean group BTS<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This collaboration comes after McDonald’s dropped its “KPop Demon Hunters<\/a>” Happy Meal earlier this year. That meal was based on the hit 2025 Netflix film pitting K-pop group Huntr\/X<\/a>\u00a0against the Saja Boys. The film is getting a sequel, Netflix confirmed in March 2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Happy Meals will include one of 10 toys, eight of which are the BT21 characters, according to fast-food influencer Snackolator<\/a>. Another is the group on a ship, and the last is a poster and sticker set. The BT21 characters included are:<\/p>\n

Also, a QR code on the box lets you create different tracks with your favorite characters and bring their performance to life.<\/p>\n

The BT21 Universe<\/a> is a collaboration between online commerce platform Line Friends<\/a> and BTS. BT21 launched in 2017 and features animated videos, games and more.<\/p>\n
