Naver Smart Store’s N Delivery products that can be received early in the morning or on weekends are set to become more diverse.<\/p>\n
Naver announced on the 16th that it will launch the open beta service of its new logistics solution, “N Delivery by Naver (N Delivery FBN).” N Delivery is a logistics service in which Naver’s partner logistics companies guarantee accurate delivery. N Delivery FBN, unveiled this time, is designed to reduce the burden of N Delivery operation and management for sellers, while offering users a wider range of products through N Delivery.<\/p>\n
When sellers use N Delivery FBN, Naver supports complex fulfillment operations such as inventory management, exchanges and returns, and customer service after products are received at the logistics center. The actual storage, shipping, and delivery of products are handled by logistics companies in the Naver Fulfillment Alliance (NFA). Sellers can use fulfillment more conveniently through Naver without separate logistics contracts or system integration, and can check inventory, delivery, and return information in one place. Small-scale sellers who previously lacked information or experience are also expected to be able to use fulfillment services more easily.<\/p>\n
For users, the range of Smart Store product categories that can be received through N Delivery\u2014including not only daily necessities but also fresh food, health food, and infant and children’s products\u2014as well as delivery time slots, will become more diverse. Existing N Delivery has been operated mainly around “Today Delivery” and “Tomorrow Delivery,” in which products are received on the same day or the day after ordering, respectively. Products from sellers using N Delivery FBN can also be received via dawn delivery and Sunday delivery.<\/p>\n
Starting in August, the return process will also become more convenient. Previously, users had to individually select the parcel collection method or return address. Going forward, for N Delivery FBN products, a dedicated parcel company will automatically collect the product, and a dedicated integrated return center will provide everything from product inspection to return processing more quickly.<\/p>\n
In the future, Naver plans to combine its experience in operating a logistics platform, data analysis technology, and the specialized capabilities of NFA logistics companies to provide users with a more accurate delivery experience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The exterior of Naver’s “1784” headquarters in Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province.
