Hyundai expects its domestic sales and exports to grow by 8-10% in FY27.<br \/>The local unit of Korea&#8217;s Hyundai Motor Company also announced an expansion of its Pune facility by 70,000 units under Phase II, boosting total manufacturing capacity in India to 1.14 million units a year by 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Hyundai Motor India reported a 23% year-on-year drop in standalone net profit for the fiscal fourth quarter at \u20b91,221 crore. The automaker had posted a year-earlier net profit of \u20b91,582 crore.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue from operations rose 5% in the March quarter to \u20b918,452 crore from \u20b917,562 crore a year earlier.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"ET logo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/korea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/118783427.cms.png\" width=\"90%\"\/>Live Events<br \/>Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) fell 22% to \u20b91,966 crore, from \u20b92,533 crore a year earlier, and 3% from \u20b92,018 crore in the December quarter. Consequently, <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#Industry#href\" href=\"https:\/\/m.economictimes.com\/topic\/ebitda-margin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ebitda margin<\/a> contracted sharply to 10.4% Q4 FY26, from 14.1% a year earlier, and 11.2% in Q3. For the financial year ended March 31, the maker of Creta and Tucson SUVs posted a 4% drop in net profit at \u20b95,431 crore, compared to \u20b95,640 crore in FY25.<br \/>Revenue grew 2% to \u20b970,763 crore while Ebitda declined 4% to \u20b98,598 crore, and Ebitda margin softened to 12.2% from 12.9%.The automaker recorded its highest-ever quarterly domestic sales in Q4, helped by the tailwinds of cuts in goods and services tax (GST) in September last year and product interventions, with wholesale volumes rising 8.7%.
