The transaction is expected to be launched and priced in the near future, subject to market conditions, it said.

Physical investor meetings are planned in London on March 2-3 and in the Netherlands on March 9-10. The deal is expected to be launched in the week commencing on March 16, subject to market conditions.

The banks hired as joint lead managers are Barclays, BCEE, BGL BNP Paribas, Citi and Societe Generale.
