Telecommunications company Eltrona has appointed Gerald Demortier as interim CEO, effective from June, after announcing its existing chief executive Bart D’Olieslager would be stepping down after just over two years in the role.
“Eltrona and its CEO, Bart D’Olieslager, have mutually agreed to end their collaboration,” the press release said. “The company wishes to thank Bart D’Olieslager for his work and commitment over the past few years, during which the company continued its development in the Luxembourg market.”
Demortier is currently a member of Eltrona’s board of directors.
