Media and entertainment fund manager IPR.VC has appointed Fundcraft as alternative investment fund manager and central administrator for its Luxembourg fund platform, as the firm extends its fund structures beyond Finland.

Fundcraft said it would provide central administration and alternative investment fund manager services for IPR.VC’s Luxembourg structures, using an operating model that combines regulated services, technology and operational support. The appointment was announced on 17 February 2026.

Luxembourg push by Nordic managers

The move positions Luxembourg as IPR.VC’s base for distributing its media and entertainment strategies to institutional and professional investors, with the manager citing the jurisdiction’s fund framework as a route to broaden its international investor base.

Fundcraft said the mandate reflects a wider trend of Nordic asset managers using Luxembourg as a hub for cross-border fundraising and fund servicing, pointing to similar moves by other Nordic firms.

IPR.VC invests in film and television production and related rights. The firm cited its investment in Marty Supreme, a film starring Timothée Chalamet and produced and distributed with A24, and said it has become A24’s highest-grossing domestic box office release.
