General Court annuls Commission contract agent’s pay slip for total absence of reasons on refusal of Luxembourg social assistance – EU Law Live

The General Court (Third Chamber, sitting with five judges) delivered judgment on 17 June 2026 in Case T-121/25, Gharbi v Commission, annulling the applicant’s remuneration slip for May 2024 on the ground that the Commission had failed to comply with its obligation to state reasons for refusing to pay her social assistance for staff assigned to Luxembourg.
