The European<br \/>\nUnion\u2019s Foreign Affairs Council is meeting in Luxembourg today,<br \/>\nwith the South Caucasus region high on the agenda, <a href=\"http:\/\/trend.az\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Trend<\/a> reports via the<br \/>\ncouncil.<\/p>\n<p>Chaired by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and<br \/>\nSecurity Policy Kaja Kallas, the Council is set to exchange views<br \/>\non the regional landscape, specifically focusing on the ongoing<br \/>\nnormalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as<br \/>\nbroader EU relations with Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n<p>The discussion takes place ahead of the upcoming EU-Armenia<br \/>\nsummit, scheduled for May 4\u20135 in Yerevan.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the South Caucasus, today&#8217;s Foreign Affairs<br \/>\nCouncil agenda includes a discussion on war in Ukraine, assessment<br \/>\nof the situation in the Middle East region, and a review of the<br \/>\nongoing conflict in Sudan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 21.
