Eva showed promise in music from a young age, going on to study at the well-respected Conservatoire de Luxembourg. She is currently in her final year of studying songwriting in London. She has released songs since 2021, with her Eurovision song \u201cMother Nature\u201d being the first to chart in Luxembourg itself.<\/p>\n<p>Eva\u2019s track for the Contest was written by Eva herself, as well as Julie Aagaard, Maria Broberg and Thomas Stengaard.<\/p>\n<p>Luxembourg\u2019s Eurovision Journey<\/p>\n<p>Luxembourg first made its debut in the first edition of the Contest in 1956, with their first entries being \u201cNe crois pas\u201d and \u201cLes Amants de minuit\u201d, both performed by Mich\u00e8le Arnaud. Since the first Contest, Luxembourg has competed a total of 38 times. Their best result was finishing in 1st place five times \u2013 in 1961, 1965, 1972, 1973 and 1983 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Luxembourg\u2019s latest participation came in Basel in 2025. Laura Thorn represented Luxembourg with the song \u201cLa Poup\u00e9e Monte Le Son\u201d, qualifying in seventh place. In the Grand Final, Luxembourg finished 22nd, receiving 47 points: 23 from the national juries, and 24 from the televoters.<\/p>\n<p>Will you be rooting for Eva next week?
