Terms of Use<\/p>\n
Nasscom Community (Platform) is operated by National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom). These Terms of Use (Terms) govern an user\u2019s access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it. <\/p>\n
By accessing or using the Platform, including by uploading, posting, or submitting any content, an user agrees to be bound by these Terms. <\/p>\n
\n\tNature of the Platform
<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Platform enables registered users to post and share articles, images, videos, and other content.
\n\tThe Platform operates solely as an intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), providing a technological means for users to share content.
\n\tNasscom does not control, monitor, or pre-screen any content posted or submitted by users and is not responsible for the views, accuracy, legality, or completeness of any such content.

\n\tUser Obligations
<\/p>\n
\n\tBy using the Platform, a user represent and warrant that:

\n\tThey are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
\n\tThey will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
\n\tThey\u00a0 will not post or share any content that: (I) infringes any intellectual property or proprietary rights of third-parties; (II) violates any law in force; (III) is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable; (IV) contains any marketing or promotional material or (V) contains false or misleading information.

\n\tIn the event a user submit content on the Platform that has been generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools, models, or automated systems (AI-Generated Content), the user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for verifying and ensuring the accuracy, legality, originality, and reliability of any AI-Generated Content they post.
\n\tThe user agrees to take full responsibility and legal liability for all content that they upload, post, or publish on the Platform including AI Generated Content.

\n\tIntellectual Property
<\/p>\n
\n\tAll rights, title, and interest in and to (i) the Platform, including its layout, design, look-and-feel, user interface elements, features, and functionality, and (ii) any content created, authored, or otherwise posted by Nasscom on the Platform (Nasscom Content), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Nasscom. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to any user in or to the Platform or Nasscom Content. Any unauthorized use of Nasscom Content shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of access, takedown of infringing content, or legal action, as deemed appropriate by Nasscom.
\n\tThe user who publishes the post retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content that they post. However, by submitting or posting content on the Platform, the user who publishes the post grants Nasscom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to host, store, display, and distribute such content solely in connection with operation and promotion of the Platform.
\n\tThe user who publishes the post represent that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post such content and to grant the above license to Nasscom.
