The approval allows the firm to provide regulated services under the EU\u2019s Markets in Crypto-Assets, or MiCA, framework.<\/p>\n<p>The license enables B2C2 to expand over-the-counter spot services across all EU member states and three European Economic Area countries through MiCA\u2019s passporting regime. The company said it is the first global OTC liquidity provider to receive CASP authorization.<\/p>\n<p>B2C2 previously completed its Virtual Asset Service Provider, or VASP, registration in Luxembourg last year.
