Lai gan nozare saskata eso\u0161o uzraudz\u012bbu k\u0101 pietiekamu, Latvijas Banka mudina pla\u0161\u0101k izv\u0113rt\u0113t, vai nebanku sektors str\u0101d\u0101 visas sabiedr\u012bbas interes\u0113s.<\/p>\n<p>Finan\u0161u ministrija (FM) nor\u0101da, ka nebanku kredit\u0113t\u0101ju uzraudz\u012bbas nodo\u0161ana Latvijas Bankai samazin\u0101tu nozares uzraudz\u012bbas maksas par 57%. Saska\u0146\u0101 ar FM datiem, PTAC izmaksas, kas saist\u012btas ar uzraudz\u012bbas funkcijas nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anu, gad\u0101 veido 390 000 eiro, bet Latvijas Bankai t\u0101s rad\u012btu papildu izmaksas 352 800 eiro gad\u0101. FM gatavo informat\u012bvo zi\u0146ojumu, kas paredz atcelt ikgad\u0113jo valsts nodevu par kredit\u0113\u0161anas pakalpojumu licen\u010du izsnieg\u0161anu un uzraudz\u012bbu. FM uzsver, ka t\u0101s pl\u0101notais risin\u0101jums samazina finansi\u0101lo slogu nozarei, bet vienlaikus rada skaidri identific\u0113jamu negat\u012bvu fisk\u0101lo ietekmi, at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bb\u0101 no publiski izskan\u0113ju\u0161ajiem pie\u0146\u0113mumiem par vair\u0101ku miljonu eiro izmaks\u0101m.<\/p>\n<p>PTAC direktore Zaiga Liepi\u0146a pau\u017e ba\u017eas par pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101ju aizsardz\u012bbas l\u012bme\u0146a saglab\u0101\u0161anu, jo PTAC ir vair\u0101k nek\u0101 20 gadu pieredze pat\u0113r\u0113t\u0101ju ties\u012bbu aizsardz\u012bb\u0101 un ir vien\u012bg\u0101 iest\u0101de Latvij\u0101, kas uzrauga pilnu finan\u0161u pakalpojumu spektru no \u0161\u012b skatupunkta.
