{"id":124178,"date":"2026-02-06T10:49:05","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T10:49:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/lv\/124178\/"},"modified":"2026-02-06T10:49:05","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T10:49:05","slug":"rail-baltica-balsta-konservacija-izmaksas-551-000-eiro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/lv\/124178\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cRail Baltica\u201d balsta konserv\u0101cija izmaks\u0101s 551 000 eiro &#8211;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dzelzce\u013ca projekta \u201cRail Baltica\u201d tilta p\u0101r Daugavu pirm\u0101 posma in\u017eenierb\u016bvju ilgtermi\u0146a konserv\u0101cijas izmaksas pa\u0161laik apl\u0113stas 551 000 eiro apm\u0113r\u0101, zi\u0146o Satiksmes ministrij\u0101 (SM).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ministrija ir sa\u0146\u0113musi dzelzce\u013ca projekta \u201cRail Baltica\u201d nacion\u0101l\u0101 ievies\u0113ja Latvij\u0101 SIA \u201cEiropas dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas\u201d (EDzL) preciz\u0113to zi\u0146ojumu par \u201cRail Baltica\u201d projekta nepabeigto b\u016bvju konserv\u0101cijas darbiem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zi\u0146ojum\u0101 sniegta inform\u0101cija par R\u012bgas Centr\u0101l\u0101s stacijas tv\u0113rum\u0101 ietilpsto\u0161o b\u016bvju, k\u0101 ar\u012b par posma pie R\u012bgas lidostas \u2013 viadukta no stacijas \u0113kas l\u012bdz Dzirnieku ielas zonai M\u0101rupes virzien\u0101 \u2013 konserv\u0101cijas provizoriskaj\u0101m izmaks\u0101m un finans\u0113juma sadal\u012bjumu 2026.-2027. gadam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vienlaikus EDzL turpina darbu pie atsevi\u0161\u0137u R\u012bgas Centr\u0101l\u0101s stacijas un R\u012bgas lidostas posmu konserv\u0101cijas izmaksu apr\u0113\u0137iniem, un tie tiks preciz\u0113ti atbilsto\u0161i ministrijas izvirz\u012btaj\u0101m pras\u012bb\u0101m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tuv\u0101kaj\u0101 laik\u0101 SM pl\u0101no sagatavot informat\u012bvo zi\u0146ojumu par \u201cRail Baltica\u201d projekta nepabeigto b\u016bvju konserv\u0101cijas darbiem un nepiecie\u0161amo finans\u0113jumu no valsts bud\u017eeta l\u012bdzek\u013ciem, lai to iesniegtu izskat\u012b\u0161anai Ministru kabinet\u0101.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Satiksmes ministrs Atis \u0160vinka (P) iepriek\u0161 v\u0113st\u012bja, ka darbiem pie konserv\u0101cijas projekta realiz\u0101cijas ir j\u0101s\u0101kas \u0161ogad<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">un konserv\u0101cijai ir j\u0101attiecas uz dzelzce\u013ca tilta balstu un laidumu p\u0101r Daugavu, R\u012bgas lidostas dzelzce\u013ca stacijas posma balstiem virzien\u0101 uz M\u0101rupi, k\u0101 ar\u012b rievsienu un citiem ar \u0161iem objektiem saist\u012btajiem elementiem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EDzL iepriek\u0161 nor\u0101d\u012bja, ka 2025. gada pirmaj\u0101 ceturksn\u012b pabeigta p\u0101rvada izb\u016bve p\u0101r Last\u0101dijas un Krasta ielu. T\u0101 ir 140 metru gara ielu p\u0101rvada in\u017eenierb\u016bve, kuras viens no p\u0101rvada balstiem izb\u016bv\u0113ts Daugav\u0101 un p\u0101rvada kl\u0101jums sniedzas virs upes. EDzL uzsv\u0113ra, ka tilta b\u016bvniec\u012bba p\u0101r Daugavu nav s\u0101kta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EDzL skaidroja, ka visu p\u0101rvadu nav nepiecie\u0161ams konserv\u0113t, bet konserv\u0101cija nepiecie\u0161ama viet\u0101, kur p\u0101rvada laidums sniedzas p\u0101ri otrajam balstam jeb t\u0101 sauktajai atsegtajai laiduma da\u013cai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premjerministre Evika Sili\u0146a (JV) nor\u0101d\u012bjusi, ka par nepabeigto balstu b\u016bs j\u0101uz\u0146emas atbild\u012bba un notiek izmekl\u0113\u0161ana par projekta vad\u012bbu. EDzL iepriek\u0161 apliecin\u0101jusi, ka balsts tiks iekonserv\u0113ts \u0161ogad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tikm\u0113r Za\u013co un zemnieku savien\u012bbas (ZZS) valde aicin\u0101ja Ministru prezidenti un finan\u0161u ministru Arvilu A\u0161eradenu (JV) ierosin\u0101t disciplin\u0101rlietu, lai v\u0113rt\u0113tu atbild\u012bgos un iesp\u0113jamos rad\u012btos zaud\u0113jumus saist\u012bb\u0101 ar \u201cRail Baltica\u201d nepabeigto balstu Daugav\u0101.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zi\u0146ots ar\u012b, ka atbilsto\u0161i \u201cRB Rail\u201d inform\u0101cijai \u201cRail Baltica\u201d pirm\u0101s k\u0101rtas izmaksas Baltij\u0101 var\u0113tu sasniegt 14,3 miljardus eiro, no tiem Latvij\u0101 \u2013 5,5 miljardus eiro, tom\u0113r ir iesp\u0113jams potenci\u0101ls ietaup\u012bjums l\u012bdz 500 miljoniem eiro no tehnisko risin\u0101jumu optimiz\u0101cijas, k\u0101 ar\u012b ir iesp\u0113jami citi ietaup\u012bjumi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kop\u0113j\u0101s projekta izmaksas atbilsto\u0161i izmaksu un ieguvumu anal\u012bzei Baltij\u0101 var sasniegt 23,8 miljardus eiro. Iepriek\u0161\u0113j\u0101 izmaksu un ieguvumu anal\u012bz\u0113 2017. gad\u0101 tika l\u0113sts, ka projekts kopum\u0101 izmaks\u0101s 5,8 miljardus eiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRail Baltica\u201d projekts paredz izveidot Eiropas standarta slie\u017eu platuma dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bniju no Tallinas l\u012bdz Lietuvas un Polijas robe\u017eai, lai t\u0101l\u0101k ar dzelzce\u013cu Baltijas valstis b\u016btu iesp\u0113jams savienot ar cit\u0101m Eiropas valst\u012bm.
