Latvijas l\u012bdzfinans\u0113jums \u0161aj\u0101 gad\u0101 paredz\u0113ts 6,9 miljonu eiro apm\u0113r\u0101, savuk\u0101rt &#8220;RB Rail&#8221; pl\u0101no samaks\u0101t Latvij\u0101 nodok\u013cos 7,2 miljonus eiro. Tas noz\u012bm\u0113, ka pat bez PVN apr\u0113\u0137ina, Latvijas tie\u0161ais ieguvums no &#8220;RB Rail&#8221; darb\u012bbas \u0161ogad ir 0,4 miljoni eiro. Sal\u012bdzin\u0101jumam, pag\u0101ju\u0161aj\u0101 gad\u0101 Latvijas l\u012bdzfinans\u0113jums bija 1,7 miljoni eiro, bet &#8220;RB Rail&#8221; nodok\u013cos samaks\u0101ja 5,1 miljonu eiro, radot Latvijai vair\u0101k nek\u0101 3,4 miljonu eiro ieguvumu.<\/p>\n<p>Projekta ekonomiskais pienesums un nodarbin\u0101t\u012bba<\/p>\n<p>Jau pirms dzelzce\u013ca pabeig\u0161anas un nodo\u0161anas ekspluat\u0101cij\u0101, projekts &#8220;Rail Baltica&#8221; akt\u012bvi veicina Latvijas tautsaimniec\u012bbu. B\u016bvniec\u012bbas darbos R\u012bgas Centr\u0101laj\u0101 mezgl\u0101 un R\u012bgas lidost\u0101 p\u0113d\u0113jo piecu gadu laik\u0101 ir nodarbin\u0101ti aptuveni 4000 darbinieku, no kuriem 90% ir viet\u0113jais darbasp\u0113ks. Kopum\u0101 &#8220;Rail Baltica&#8221; \u012bsteno\u0161an\u0101 Latvij\u0101 piedal\u0101s vair\u0101k nek\u0101 300 viet\u0113jo un 20 starptautisku uz\u0146\u0113mumu.<\/p>\n<p>Finan\u0161u direktors Oj\u0101rs Daugavietis, kur\u0161 nesen iecelts jaun\u0101 amat\u0101, uzsver, ka arvien svar\u012bg\u0101k k\u013c\u016bst cie\u0161i sadarboties ne tikai ar Baltijas valstu vald\u012bb\u0101m, bet ar\u012b ar ES instit\u016bcij\u0101m, lai nodro\u0161in\u0101tu finans\u0113jumu turpm\u0101kajiem projekta posmiem. Neskatoties uz izaicin\u0101jumiem, projekta m\u0113r\u0137is paliek nemain\u012bgs \u2013 izb\u016bv\u0113t tr\u016bksto\u0161o Eiropas standarta platuma dzelzce\u013ca posmu Baltijas valst\u012bs, savienojot re\u0123ionu ar Poliju un p\u0101r\u0113jo Eiropu.<\/p>\n<p>Projekta &#8220;Rail Baltica&#8221; noz\u012bm\u012bgums ir pieaudzis ar\u012b Latvijas un Baltijas valstu dro\u0161\u012bbas kontekst\u0101, ko \u012bpa\u0161i izc\u0113lis satiksmes ministrs Atis \u0160vinka, nor\u0101dot uz milit\u0101r\u0101s mobilit\u0101tes aspektu. Tiek mekl\u0113tas ar\u012b iesp\u0113jas piesaist\u012bt finans\u0113jumu no ES Milit\u0101r\u0101s mobilit\u0101tes fonda, jo projekts nodro\u0161ina savienojumu ar Eiropu kravu transport\u0113\u0161anai un savienojumus ar milit\u0101raj\u0101m b\u0101z\u0113m.<\/p>\n<p>Ietaup\u012bjumi un turpm\u0101kie so\u013ci<\/p>\n<p>P\u0101rskatot projekt\u0113\u0161anas, b\u016bvniec\u012bbas un administrat\u012bvos izdevumus, &#8220;RB Rail&#8221; un &#8220;Eiropas Dzelzce\u013ca l\u012bnijas&#8221; ir izdevies pan\u0101kt iev\u0113rojamu finan\u0161u ietaup\u012bjumu, ko pl\u0101nots novirz\u012bt projekta t\u0101l\u0101kai \u012bsteno\u0161anai. Tiek l\u0113sts, ka papildu ietaup\u012bjumus aptuveni 400 miljonu eiro apm\u0113r\u0101 var\u0113tu nodro\u0161in\u0101t trok\u0161\u0146u barjeru un atsevi\u0161\u0137u ce\u013cu p\u0101rvadu skaita samazin\u0101\u0161ana.<\/p>\n<p>Pa\u0161reiz\u0113jais Eiropas Savien\u012bbas finans\u0113jums, kas pie\u0161\u0137irts projekta turpin\u0101\u0161anai, \u013caus nodro\u0161in\u0101t pamattrases b\u016bvniec\u012bbu un citus b\u016btiskus pas\u0101kumus. Latvijas premjere Evika Sili\u0146a ir nor\u0101d\u012bjusi, ka finans\u0113jums &#8220;Rail Baltica&#8221; projekta turpin\u0101\u0161anai Latvijai pietiek vair\u0101kiem gadiem, ta\u010du ir nepiecie\u0161ams vienoties par kop\u0113jiem projekta cenu griestiem.<\/p>\n<p>Lai gan projekta kop\u0113j\u0101s izmaksas Latvij\u0101 tiek l\u0113stas ap 9,6 miljardiem eiro, sadalot to posmos un veicot pagaidu risin\u0101jumus, ir iesp\u0113jams iek\u013cauties 6,4 miljardos eiro.
